Threat Pattern Recognition & Basic Use of Force — PPCT
Hawaii’s only program of its kind, used by 70% of U.S. federal law enforcement agencies, the University of Hawaii, and agencies worldwide. Covers compliance, handcuffing, empty-hand tactics, intermediate weapons, pat-downs, and weapon retention.
